Lindsey has advanced training in therapeutic Deep Tissue, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Lymphatic massage. She’s dabbled in Health Sciences at a college level but has a firm love for massage. She’s a certified Vodder MLD therapist and has advanced post-op training. Her style of massage is both relaxing and therapeutic - finding spots you didn’t know were an issues. Outside of the studio, she enjoys baking, weight-lifting, reading, and spending time with her family.
